Dr. Rodolfo Sotolongo is a board certified interventional cardiologist with extensive experience in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. He is also experienced in the treatment of venous disease. This includes laser therapy for the treatment of varicose veins and venous insufficiency. Our clinic also offers ambulatory phlebectomy, sclerotherapy, and laser therapy for non-healing venous ulcers. Dr. Sotolongo has practiced locally in Southeast Texas for over 30 years.

Christy Lowrance PA is the physician’s assistant for the Southeast Texas Cardiology Associates. She is experienced in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular and venous diseases. She has practiced locally in Southeast Texas for over 5 years.
Shannon Laird, RT(R), RDCS, RVT
Shannon is a registered cardiac and vascular ultrasound technician. She has been specially trained in vein mapping for the diagnosis of venous disease. She also assists the physician during EVLT procedures, sclerotherapy, and ambulatory phlebectomy. Shannon has been with the clinic for over 2 years.
